Privacy Policy

1. As a data controller pursuant to art. 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), the company PRIAM s.r.o. based in Horní Domaslavice, house no. 323, 739 51 Horní Domaslavice, company registration no. 016 76 750, registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, entry 56417, processes the following personal data:

  • name and surname,
  • address,
  • telephone number,
  • e-mail address,
  • text of the message or request for services, mutual correspondence

2. The name, surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number must be processed to create an offer of services, negotiate the offer or to answer any questions you have asked. Such processing is allowed by art. 6. par. 1 letter b) of the Regulation. This personal data will be processed by PRIAM s.r.o. for the duration of contract negotiations between you and PRIAM s.r.o., for up to a maximum of 1 year since your submission of a request unless you consent to further processing.

3. The processing of personal data is performed by the data controller, or other providers of processing software, services and applications; however, the data controller currently makes no use of such providers.

4. Please be aware that in accordance with the act on data protection, you have the right to:

  • request from us information on what personal data concerning you we process, and request a copy of this personal data,
  • request from us an explanation of the processing of personal data,
  • request from us access to this personal data and have this data updated or corrected,
  • request that we delete your personal data

however, such erasure will result in the termination of contract negotiations and will only be performed if the interests of the data controller do not outweigh the protection of your privacy, contact us, the Office for Personal Data Protection or the court of law if you have doubts about our fulfilment of obligations associated with processing of personal data.
